Board:

• Assembly of shareholders – is a superior body of management to make a decision on the crucial and important issues of company’s functioning.
• Board of Directors – performs overall leadership in company’s life, determines priorities in the company’s functioning, executes decisions of the Assembly of shareholders, appoints the General Director, manages other vital issues of the company’s life.
• General Director – is the Executive. All issues of operating control of company’s functioning are within the purview of the General Director except for issues within the purview of the Assembly of shareholders and the Board of Directors. (General Director’s Address).
